JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Arizona license required; IMLC accepted
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
- DEA: Arizona-registered DEA required
- Certifications: ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year; must document 100 EP cases in past 2 years with emphasis on ablations
- Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently and using Abbott Ensite-X mapping system
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide electrophysiology services in hospital and clinic settings
- Perform ablations and other EP procedures
- Conduct hospital consults and clinic visits
- Utilize Abbott Ensite-X mapping technology
- Document all patient encounters in Cerner EMR
