Practice Setting: Hospital + In-office clinic

Hospital Size: 268 beds
-
Clinic Volume: 20–22 patients/day

Cath Lab: 3–4 consults/day + 4–6 EP cases/day

Patient Population: Adult
-
EMR: Cerner
Required Skills & Procedures:
-
Cardiac electrophysiology with strong ablation experience
-
100 EP cases in the last 2 years (case logs required; emphasis on ablations)
-
Comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
-
Must perform TEEs
-
Experience with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping System required
Requirements:
-
Board Certified or BE
-
AZ license (or willing to obtain)
-
AZ DEA
-
ACLS required
-
Minimum 1 year EP experience
