Job description
Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Cardiac Electrophysiologist to help us join our well-established Cardiology department in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will join a team of Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists and General Cardiologists in addition to being supported by a large team of Advanced Practice Clinicians. This role features a high-volume electrophysiology service with access to advanced EP labs, comprehensive cardiac care, and an integrated team of specialists. Enjoy working in a role that allows you to work closely with cardiovascular fellows and residents, with abundant opportunities for teaching and mentorship!
Research opportunities are available to collaborate with within our well-established research institute that features a substantial infrastructure and support to develop and conduct your own research program. You’ll be joining a department committed to excellence in clinical care, education, and research with strong institutional backing.
Additional Details:
- The clinic is adjacent to a Trauma Level II - 500 bed hospital
- Carto and Abbott mapping systems
- 2 EP labs & 2 Cath labs
- In-department ECHO and EKGs
- Available technologies: Radiofrequency, Cryoablation, pulsed field ablation, laser extraction
- In-department Pacemaker/Device clinic
- Full spectrum high acuity cardiac care team
- CV surgery onsite for additional support
- Large primary care referral base
