Job Description :

  • Backfill/Bench provider at facility
  • FTE or Shifts per month needed: .5 FTE (opposite a locum already scheduled)
  • Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Both
• Target start date and Length of need:
  
  • September 15-19,
  • September 29 - October 3
  • October 13-17, 27-31
  • November 10-14, 24-28
  • December - ongoing, rotating week on/week off through June 2026

Requirements :

• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (8 hour day with 1 hour lunch); 1 day in office, all other days in hospital/EP Lab
• Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities: No call
• Type of patients / cases / procedures required: a fib/flutter ablation, pacemakers, icds, SVT ablations, tilt tables, bi-v devices
• Patients Per Day/Volume: Office: 19/day; Hospital: 8-10 per day
• Available support staff & physician support: EP lab staff, MA and nurse in the office.
• APPs help with consults, admits discharges.
• Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board Certified - Cardiac Electrophysiology; ACLS, BLS, Active DEA
• Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process)? Yes to IMLC providers:
• Strongly prefer already licensed but do not want to rule out all who are not Minimum candidate commitment to consider: 1 week per month *Hospital Privileging: 45-60 days Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
