Job description
This academic center is seeking an ACGME trained electrophysiologist to join our cardiology division and medical team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of electrical disorders, and experience to perform a variety of procedures, including catheter ablation for supraventricular and preferable ventricular arrhythmias, device implantation including pacemakers, defibrillators, lead extractions, and left atrial appendage closure devices
Requirements:
1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school
2. Completion of fellowship training in Clinical cardiac electro physiology
3. Board eligible/certified in electrophysiology
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
5. Willingness to train and supervise residents and fellows in training
6. Level of appointment is open and will commensurate with training, experience, and scholarly productivity.
