• Shifts needed to be filled:
- ASAP-Aug: 2 weeks (10 days)/month
- Sep-Ongoing: 1 week (5days)/month
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri
- 3 days clinic & 2 days procedure/hospital
• Patient Volume: 15/day (OP), 3-4/day (IP)
• Admissions Required: Yes
• Rounding Included: Yes
• Support Staff:
- 3 RNs, 3 APPs, 1 MA & some Office Staff.
• Required Procedures: Ablations (afib, aflutter, svt, VT, etc); AFIB, Pacemakers, ICDs.
• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Hospital Privileges required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active MN License or IMLC
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• Fellowship
• Act 10 is acceptable
