Job description

Cardiac Electrophysiology | Partnership Track | Gulf Coast

This is an opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to join a physician-owned cardiology practice in a high-growth Southeast coastal market. The role is designed for a specialist who values clinical autonomy and a transparent path to partnership within a well-established, six-physician group.

Practice Architecture

  • Clinical Composition: A collaborative team including Interventional, Non-Invasive, and EP specialists.
  • Procedural Focus: High-volume environment specializing in complex ablations, CRM, and device management.
  • Infrastructure: Dedicated EP lab block time with an experienced support team.
  • Operational Support: Dedicated APPs and MAs manage the majority of inpatient coordination, allowing the EP to focus on procedural and clinic volume.

Schedule & Quality of Life

  • Balanced Rotation: 2 days of clinic and 2.5 days in the EP lab per week.
  • Flexibility: One half-day per week is built into the schedule for administrative or personal time.
  • Call Structure: 1:6 shared rotation; NP support significantly reduces the burden of inpatient rounds.

Compensation & Ownership

  • Initial Term: $650,000 guaranteed base salary with a clear production incentive structure.
  • Partnership: Two-year track to partnership.
  • Earning Potential: Total compensation is projected to exceed $1,000,000 by year three.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan support, and real estate investment opportunities through the practice.

The Region

Located on the Southeast Gulf Coast, the area offers a high standard of living with 220+ days of sunshine annually. Residents enjoy immediate access to white-sand beaches, year-round outdoor recreation, and a cost of living that remains competitive for the region. The community is known for its strong school systems and a relaxed, professional atmosphere.

Apply today to secure a partnership-track EP role with strong volume, ownership potential, and coastal living.
