Job Description

  • Mon-Fri - Clinic days (9a-4p), Procedure days (7a-4p)
  • Call: EOW offsite cell/pager. - EP physician coverages EP service during weekdays. Weekday ngiths and weekends cardiologists may call if they need EP input. EP physician does need to be available on weekends (rotating with other EPs) for emergent device implants.
  • Setting: Inpatient/outpatient
  • Duties: EP procedures, EP service, clinic visits.
  • Required procedures: Afib ablations, device implants (high and low voltage), SVT ablations, etc.
  • EMR: EPIC
  • FTE: Full time
  • Support staff: Nursing and Medical Assistant, Cardiac Device RNs.
  • Reason for coverage: Provider out/low staff.

Required procedures: Afib ablations, device implants (high and low voltage), SVT ablations, etc

Qualifications

Board Certified Electrophysiology - REQUIRED
Active WA license - REQUIRED OR IMLC
Active ACLS, BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
Residency/Fellowship Completion - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Must disclose provider availability (# of shifts per month) - REQUIRED
COVID VACCINATION - REQUIRED
