- Joining a large, established Cardiology group
- Will be joining 1 EP Cardiologist
- Going to 1 hospital and 1 of their office locations - Cath lab is located in the hospital
- Mostly EP work
- Light call (NP takes the first call)
- Mentorship is available
- Can facilitate an H1b and J1 visa
- Base salary w/ productivity
- Partnership track after 2 years - there is a buy-in
