One of our clients in North Carolina needs assistance with Anesthesiology locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details:

Location: Near Rocky Mount
Facility: 81-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 3:00pm; Call starts at 3p; 7 days on followed by 7 days off
Practice Details: Inpatient census: 34 patients per day; Average # of admissions per day 7-10 during the day/ 4 during the night; Call is night and weekends; Bread and butter surgical cases: General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, /OB-Gyn, Optometry, and Pediatric Dental, Endoscopy (pediatrics > age 2); Must be comfortable providing Pediatric Anesthesia on healthy children; Must be able to provide anesthesia independently; LT will not be expected to serve as backup in ER; Lt does not respond to codes; No ICU/Critical Care Duties; No robotic or vascular surgery; # of surgical cases per month: approximately 175
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient, hospital, EMR: Epic
Must be NC licensed, BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS (AHA), and Board Certified
Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
