VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist for a full-time position in Las Cruces, New Mexico! A few highlights of this permanent full-time position include:
Opportunity Highlights:
* Join 6 other physicians and 17 CRNAs
* Well-known and reputable group
* Bread and butter cases plus hearts; Level III trauma designation
* 8 ORs in main - 3 ORs in facility – labor and delivery – CRNAs, 11 starts
* Two facilitators (one anesthesiologist and one CRNA each day) - running the board; giving breaks; managing add ons
* Current experience or TEE fellowship is acceptable
* Compensation is $480k plus $15,000 sign on bonus, 1099
* $20,000 potential annual bonus - broken into two metrics - quality and individual - measured and paid quarterly
* Comprehensive benefits package including 13 weeks off
