*Iowa license required - we will license you
*Comfortable with CRNA supervision; CRNAs will also be on-call with physician
*Number of cases varies per OR; 32 ORs, 12 ASCs
*Various day shifts available for coverage
*Case mix: Tertiary, pediatric ear tubes, trauma, transplants, heart procedures
*No call
