A few details:
- $400K base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
- Try as a locum first if desired
- 1-year track to partner
- General surgery, some pain, OB, hearts, ortho blocks
- Call is distributed equally, averages 1 - 2 weekends per month, 1 - 2 nights per week
- $25,000 sign on bonus
- 8-weeks vacation
- Moving expenses
- Malpractice / Health & Dental insurance (single or family option)
- SEP retirement @ 7%
