Permanent Anesthesiologist Opening in the Muncie, IN Area
- Seeking a BE/BC General Anesthesiologist to join a growing, hospital owned group
- Full-time, employed position
- Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the #1 healthcare system in Indiana
- 24 anesthesiologists in group; increased staff will allow additional patient services and improve physician lifestyle
- Call: 1:6 (projected 1:7)
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- 384-bed facility with a clinical staff of more than 400 physicians, representing more than 45 medical specialties
- Indiana's largest teaching hospital outside of metro Indianapolis
- Referral facility for East Central Indiana
- Hospital has 7 operating rooms and outpatient surgery center another 5 operating rooms
- Obstetrics: Approximately 1,800 births annually
- Joint Commission accredited and ACS Certified as a Level III Trauma Center
