Oceanside, Long Island, NY. (Only 30 miles from NYC)
Full Time, Permanent position

Location:
Hospital is a beautiful, modern 450 bed facility located in Oceanside, Long Island, NY. All surgical services (no open heart) including a large proportion of orthopedics, bariatrics, thoracics and oncologics. The group services 30 anesthesizing locations. Currently undergoing a huge expansion including a 4-story tower that will include all new operating rooms, PACU, ICUs and expanded level 2 emergency services.
First and Second calls 1/22

Position Requirements:
Assists in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
ECFMC and FLEX
Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
Currently licensed as a Physician
