• Locums coverage needed starting January 1st - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday, full-time, day shift is usually 6 am - 2 pm or 3:30 pm with night call of 3:30 pm - 6 am
• Night call – 3:30 pm – 6:00 am
• Weekend call – possible 24/7
• IA licensed highly preferred
• ACLS
• BLS (AHA)
• Board Certified
• DEA
• Level II Trauma
• BC Anesthesiology (No BE) - Required
• BLS & ACLS – Required
• IA license at time of submission required unless IMLC qualified
• Handles all specialties excluding heart - Required
• Providers need to be experienced and comfortable with anesthesia for all surgical specialties excluding open heart
• Adults only
• EMR is Cerner
• Facility can credential clean providers in as little as 3 weeks
