[Full time locum CRNA Opportunity in Wisconsin]
Location: [Racine, WI]
Duration: [Ongoing while hiring/Vacation coverage/Permanent]
Schedule: Full time locums
Shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s.
Hours: Most 0630 start, one 8 hour shift that starts at @ 11am ends at 1930
Procedures:Very diverse case mix. Level 3 trauma. Almost all major subspecialties represented – very few craniotomies. Predominance is general surgery, ortho, eyes & GYN.
OB is very autonomous for CRNAs. We place, monitor & troubleshoot epidurals. Excellent 24/7 NICU care – expectation is anesthesia takes care of mother.
2000 deliveries a year; 75% epidurals, 20% C-Section (includes small % VBAC). On call, CRNA comes in for C-Sections.
Pediatrics - Healthy ear tubes & tonsils; occasional pediatric lap appy on call.
Cardiac cases – increasing volumes withminimally invasive procedures. Typically on-pump bypass & valves. Lines placed by surgeon, monitored by anesthesia. MDA places TEE probe.
CV case experience not mandatory, but must be able to manage a double lumen tube.
OR’s and Case Volume:14 Main ORs. 2 OB, 2 CV. Off sites include cath lab, EP, interventional & diagnostic cardiology, endoscopy, MRI, CT, IR.
License Requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
