Clinician Type: Anesthesiology Physician

Unit/Dept: Hospital surgery

Unit Details: 10 OR suites, 90% adult, 10% peds, 70% general, 10% OB, 10% neuro, 5% thoracic, 5% complex vascular, 5% complex ortho.

Patient Volume: 2-5 surgical cases per day

Additional Providers/Support Staff: 10 providers, NPs, RNs, Techs

Notes: Providers must be available for 7 day blocks, Mon-Sun, and be willing to work any shift scheduled during that time. Blocks of 14 days are preferred. Schedule will be communicated 30 days in advance. 1 day call shift per week. Additional call night shifts scheduled as needed.
