• Employed 170 Bed Hospital- 7 OR Suites
• Integrated Regional Health System
• 10 MD and 6 CRNA model
• 10 Weeks Off- $6000 Annually for CME
• Cover One Hospital and their ASC
• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation
• Guaranteed Salary $450,000 - $500,000 for experience
