Assignment Details
- Location: Portland, Oregon
- Start Date: Beginning ASAC
- Duration: A minimum of 3 months with the option to extend. Highly prefer full-time candidates but will consider a minimum of 2 weeks per month ongoing. Weeks should be consecutive if candidate requires travel/lodging.
- Schedule: Open to 8's or 10's between Monday-Friday
- Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Dept. Trauma Level 1.
- Credentialing: 90 days
- EMR System: EPIC
- Model: Supervised, but provider will need to be able to perform solo cases if/when needed as well
- Case Types: General surgery, ortho, kidney transplant, trauma, spine, neuro, ENT, plastics, and urology. Cardiac, OB, and peds not required of locums.

- Travel Information: Yes, based around schedule through reimbursement model. There are no set caps in place, but must remain within reason.

Requirements
- Certifications - Board Certified, ACLS through AHA and BLS
- Licensure - Active OR license preferred upon submission, but willing to consider those open to licensing
