ANESTHESIA NEEDS: 5x12 weekly (open to 4x12 if necessary)
SITE DETAILS:
Number of MD/CRNA on per day3 MDs on per day, CRNAs 10
Number of operating rooms 9
Volume of OR cases per month or year
Number of deliveries per month or year N/A
Types of cases: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery. Mut be comfortable doing EP cases and spine. No pediatrics, Crani's or hearts.
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days but will request temps
QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume
Must have TX license
Schedule request and call availability (if applicable)
RTO
Tentative start date
Travel/expenses (if applicable)
ACLS
BLS
Board Certified
Independent with some possible care team model. Must be able to work independent.
Experience preferred. Clean MP preferred, but can do case by case with explanation.
