Locums – Pennsylvania Anesthesiologist Job – 30 Miles from Wilkes-Barre

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible anesthesiologist

• Coverage dates: November 4 and December 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11

• Flexible schedule with ongoing PRN opportunities

• Hospital-based practice at a small community hospital with low OR volume

• Case mix: General, urology, orthopedics, GI, and GYN

• Care team model with a 1:2 ratio

• Shift hours: 7a–3p

• Call 1:3; call can be taken from the hotel

• Callbacks average once per week

• 150-bed hospital

• Level III Trauma

• Level I NICU

• Approximately 2,500 cases annually

• Three ORs: one room operates 7a–3p; two rooms operate 7a–5p

• Approximately 500 deliveries annually

• No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, or pediatric cases

• Must have active ACLS and PALS certifications or be willing to obtain

• EMR: Epic
