Locums – Auburn, New York Anesthesiology Job

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• 5x8s
• 40 hours guaranteed
• Night call: 5:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Weekend call: 24-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Weekend call includes a 2-hour minimum guarantee
• Must be willing to cover a minimum of 2 calls per week
• Additional call coverage available as needed
• Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when on call

Call Details:

• The 2-hour minimum applies only if actually called in and work is under 2 hours, or if called in and immediately sent home due to case cancellation
• Otherwise, providers are paid based on actual case start and end times
• Always check in and out with the Unit Coordinator when entering or leaving the facility

Clinical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Anesthesiology experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Proficient in regional anesthesia
• Must be able to independently perform blocks
• Comfortable supervising up to 4:1
• OB experience required
• Cannot accept Residents or Fellows

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active New York license
• AHA or RQI certification
