Locums Anesthesiology Physician in Norfolk, Virginia - Recurring Blocks, Overnight CRNA Coverage
Secure recurring anesthesia coverage now with additional two-week monthly opportunities anticipated in 2027 and CRNA resources available overnight.
Highlights
- Two weeks per month anticipated in 2027
- Multiple coverage blocks available
- In-house CRNA coverage overnight
- Additional CRNA available on call overnight
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient anesthesiology across all age groups
- General anesthesia
- Cardiac cath lab cases
- Hospital-based procedural coverage
Schedule
- 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available
- Weeknight and weekend second call required
- Approximately 1 in 14 call rotation
- Combination of regular shifts and extended call coverage
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Virginia medical license required
- ACLS and Virginia DEA required
