- Scheduled + No Call
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Coverage needed: 2-3 weeks per month (M-F)
- Support: CRNAs
- Case mix: Outpatient cases across most specialties; no cardiac or OB
- Required skills: Orthopedic anesthesia with regional blocks (high volume)
- EMR: Epic
- Certifications: BC, PA license, DEA, PALS, ACLS, BLS
- Experience: 2+ years preferred
- Credentialing: Full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start; within 5 days of signing submit SSN, photo, PATCH results; Child Abuse search and Dept. of Human Services fingerprinting scheduled (results within 2 weeks); vaccines, physical, and fit testing required
- Temporary privileges: Available for PA-licensed physicians only, urgent needs, clean files
