- Specialty: Anesthesiologist
- Start Date: Beginning 11/30/26
- Duration: A minimum of 3 months with the option to extend
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Call Requirements: Call is required for this position. Weeknight call is every 3rd night on average and weekend (24-hr) call is once per month (1:4). Beeper call with a 30-minute response time.
- Setting: Inpatient, OR/Surgery Dept. No trauma. There are three anesthesia sites ran per day (includes OR's and endo rooms)
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Model: 4 total Anesthesiologist's on staff. Anesthesiologist's do own cases here, will not supervise or direct CRNA's.

- General Surgical Cases ADULT
- Minor Nerve Blocks
- Plexus anesthesia
- Epidural Anesthesia
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia
- Obstetrical Cases
- Pain Management Procedures: Acute
- Insertion of: Arterial line
- Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues? Yes
- Is the OB Program still active? If yes, how many deliveries per month on average? Yes. 4 - 6 deliveries a month.
- What are the policies for the epidurals? Anesthesiologists are allowed to leave the hospital after the epidural is initiated. Must be available for call back.
- Patient Age Demographic: 3-100+
- Requirements
- Certifications (Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, and PALS)
- Licensure (Active Maine license highly preferred upfront, but will consider those with IMLC)
