DO;MD - Endocrinology
Job Details:
1-2 weeks per month of consistent coverage requiredMonday through Friday clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overnight on-call coverage from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday weekend call coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM with no clinic requirement
See up to 18-20 patients per day in office, including both new and established patients
Providers will see patients in clinic as well as take overnight call for after-hours questions from clinic patients
During weekends, providers are only needed by phone for outpatient and inpatient needs, with occasional hospitalist curbside consult requests
Average of 10 calls per weeknight and weekend
Responsible for reviewing patient test results and refilling prescriptions even when not on-site as part of patient follow-up and follow-through
