Job Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with a team including CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs
• Perform and manage anesthesia blocks for orthopedic cases
• Monitor patient recovery post-anesthesia

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active PA medical license
• DEA certification
• ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in anesthesiology

Working Hours

• Variable shifts to total 40 hours per week
• Involves participation in a call rotation

Skills

• Proficient in performing anesthesia blocks for orthopedic cases
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with medical staff and patients
