Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM every night while working

Required Proficiency: Spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Case Volume: Approximately 4,900 cases per year

Case Mix: Bread-and-butter general, orthopedics, GYN, and extensive GI

Supervision: Yes

Supervision Model: Approximately 85% supervision / 15% own cases

Daytime Staffing: 5–6 total providers

MD Responsibilities: Pre-ops, PACU, boards, some blocks, and daytime float/break coverage

Blocks: MDs and CRNAs perform blocks
