• Location: Burlington/Mebane, North Carolina

• Site Coverage: Provider will float between Burlington and Mebane throughout the week

• Start: Ongoing, late June

• Hours: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Call Frequency: 1–2 times per week

• Weekend Call: Occasional 24-hour weekend call

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• North Carolina License: Required

• NC DEA: Required

• ACLS: Required

• Required Proficiency: Spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Everything except cardiac cases and complicated pediatrics

  • Patients can be as young as 1 year old; younger cases are very rare

• Supervision: Yes

• Supervision Model: 1 MD with a consistent 4:1 ratio

• 4 physicians

• 15 CRNAs per day

• 14 sites

• Call coverage is at Alamance

• 1 physician
