Job description
- Initial term: 7/1/2026-9/30/2026; client notes ~6 months, possibly longer (until W2 backfill)
- Shifts: 5:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. in-house, every night including weekends
- No call shifts
- Case mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
- Volume: ~3,500-4,000 general cases/month (service)
- Procedures: Must be able to perform peripheral nerve blocks
- Care team model: Yes; mainly supervisory with occasional own cases
- Staffing ratios: 1 MD : 3-4 CRNAs
- EMR: Cerner; AIMS
- Certifications: NC license, BC or BE
- Ability to perform peripheral nerve blocks
- Comfort supervising CRNAs and working occasional solo cases
- Night availability including weekends; in-house coverage
