Opportunity:
Physician - Anesthesiology
Job Details:
Provide anesthesiology coverage Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch breakFull-time position with no call required
Work in an ambulatory surgery center setting supporting outpatient cases across all specialties excluding cardiac and OB
Responsibilities include a mixture of medical directing and performing own cases
Support staff includes CRNAs
Patient population includes all ages, primarily 1 year and older as an outpatient facility, with occasional patients under 1 year for ENT tubes and tonsils
Orthopedic cases with regional blocks are heavily required
EMR system: EPIC
Board Certification in Anesthesiology required (Board Eligible not accepted)
Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
DEA registration required
Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, and BLS
Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred
