Responsibilities
- Provide shift-based coverage (8 to 12-hour shifts) for sub-acute care and long-term care units in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings.
- Cover multiple sites within the Lancaster area, ensuring high-quality patient care at each location.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with inpatient/hospitalist experience, or Emergency Medicine.
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania (PA) medical license and DEA certification.
- Hold a PA Medicare number.
