Job Details:

• PRN position available for physician anesthesiologist
  
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
  
• Facility has 138 licensed beds with 2,200 2,400 surgical cases per year
  
• 4 operating rooms and 4 non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) locations
  
• Case variety is heavily orthopedic; no OB, no open hearts, no transplants
  
• Anesthesia model consists of 2 MDs and 2 3 CRNAs daily
  
• Shifts are 10 and 12 hours in length
  
• 2-week rotation schedule:
  • Week 1: Monday Thursday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM with beeper call 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; Saturday Sunday 7:00 AM 7:00 AM beeper
    
  • Week 2: Monday Thursday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM with beeper 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
    
  • Followed by 2 weeks off, then repeat
  
  
• Supervision model includes 2 physicians and 2 3 CRNAs daily for general cases
