CRNA – Locum Tenens Opportunity

Position Overview
A facility is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide coverage in a high-volume, diverse surgical environment. The care team utilizes a combination of hands-on anesthesia and supervision, with physicians approximately 75% hands-on and 25% supervision.
The facility typically moves quickly from clinical review to offer. Once a candidate is presented, clinical review generally takes 2–3 days.
CV/cardiovascular anesthesia experience is currently required.

Case Mix
The facility performs a broad range of cases, including:
- OB
- General Surgery
- GYN
- ENT
- Orthopedics
- Cardiac
- Neuro
- Urology
Current requirement: Cardiovascular (CV) experience is required.
Schedule & Call
- Full-time coverage
- In-house call
- Overtime after 40 hours per week
- Exact caseload to be confirmed
Requirements
- CRNA certification/credentials required
- Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience; 5+ years preferred
- CV/cardiovascular anesthesia experience required
- Provider's home address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Ability to commit to the requested schedule
Compensation
- All-inclusive rate
- Overtime applicable after 40 hours worked in a week
Credentialing & Application Process
- Credentialing timeline: approximately 90 days
- Following clinical review, the client typically moves directly to an offer.
- Clinical review generally takes 2–3 days.
Pre-Application Requirement
After accepting an offer, the provider will be required to complete a 20+ page pre-application within 24–48 hours of receiving it.
The pre-application may be prefilled if the provider:
- Signs the acceptance letter promptly
- Completes Aya paperwork in a timely manner
Providers should be prepared to complete all credentialing and pre-application requirements quickly to avoid delays.
