Seeking BC Anesthesiologist to join expanding anesthesia team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Position Highlights:
Practice at a 371-bed acute care hospital
Level I Adult Trauma Center
Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Diverse and challenging case mix including:
- General Surgery
- Trauma
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- Podiatry
- Urology
- Plastic Surgery
- Obstetrics
Comprehensive regional anesthesia and acute pain service
Collaborative anesthesia care team including:
- Anesthesiologists
- CRNAs
- CAAs
- Anesthesiology Residents
Teaching opportunities through established Anesthesiology Residency Program within the HCA GME Network
Shift-based coverage model with predictable scheduling
No home call responsibilities
Collegial, team-oriented practice environment
Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties
Participate in perioperative patient management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical and anesthesia teams
Supervise anesthesia care team members as appropriate
Participate in resident education and mentorship opportunities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Minimum: $525,000 / Max: $575,000+
$50,000 start-date bonus
