Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Flagstaff, AZ

A facility in Flagstaff is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a locum opportunity beginning in June. This is a flexible assignment offering day shifts only with no call responsibilities across both ASC and hospital settings.

Assignment Highlights

  • June start
  • Flexible scheduling: 1–5 shifts per month
  • 12-hour day shifts only
  • No call required
  • 30-day credentialing timeline

Practice Setting

  • ASC and hospital coverage
  • 11 ORs in the hospital
  • 2 ORs in the surgery center
  • CRNA support staff available
  • Locums will NOT medically direct CRNAs

Case Mix

Cases include:

  • Orthopedics
  • General Surgery
  • Some Trauma
  • Spine
  • Neuro
  • Cath Lab
  • Ambulatory
  • Endoscopy

OB cases are not handled by locums.

EMR

  • Cerner
  • SaAnesthesia

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted
  • ACLS and PALS required
  • Arizona license or IMLC accepted
  • Current CV required
