THE ROLE:
Join our team of Full Time Anesthesiologists as we expand our footprint. We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Full-time Anesthesiologists to join our team at Inova Franconia Springfield Surgery Center in Alexandria, VA.
THE FACILITY: Inova Franconia–Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a busy outpatient surgical facility. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule, a diverse case mix, and the opportunity to work within a modern, efficient surgical environment as part of the Inova health system.
CASES INCLUDE:
Orthopedics, ENT, FI, Pain, Podiatry, General surgery, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Urology
High-volume ambulatory surgery center with 6–7 operating rooms daily
WE OFFER:
Top of Market Base Salary $425K - Opportunity for additional shifts for supplemental income
PRN/Extra shifts: $275/hour
Incentives, Stipends & $40K Sign on Bonus with 2 years
Generous PTO - 8 Weeks
Full Time, W2
Flexible Scheduling - Standard daytime schedule (ASC setting). No call, nights, weekends, or holidays.
