Overview:
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
* Join a well-established anesthesia team with 10 physicians and 20 CRNAs
* Coverage across multiple hospital sites including a Level II Trauma Center
* Practice includes a broad case mix with light cardiac procedures
* Collaborative, team-based environment with strong CRNA support
* Call schedule: 1:4 with resident rotation
* Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
* Academic environment with teaching opportunities for residents

Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $650,000 - $675,000 plus incentives
* Retention bonus available after one year
