Locums – Anesthesiology (Float Pool)
Location: York, Pennsylvania
Setting: Hospital
Key Dates & Schedule
- Start Date: May 10, 2026
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Shift Details: Varies by daily assignment
- Typical shifts: 6:15 AM–4:45 PM, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)
- Coverage Needed: Full-time (option for 1 week/month coverage considered)
- Patient Population: All ages
- Patients per Day: Varies by anesthetizing location
- Department: Work alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians across a broad range of surgical/procedural areas
- Hospital Bed Size: 593 beds
- Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic
- Special Procedures / Case Types:
- Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS
- NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics
- Skills Required: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, Ultrasound techniques
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- State License: Pennsylvania license required
- DEA: Not required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS required
- Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred
