Are you a dedicated anesthesiology professional seeking a rewarding opportunity at a dynamic community hospital? We are looking for a talented Anesthesiology Physician to provide exceptional anesthesia services at a Level 4 Trauma Center, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, supporting complex cases and making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience
- Idaho medical license or IMLC eligibility
- Active DEA and CSR certifications
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
- Ability to independently perform cases or work effectively within a supervising/care team model
- Comfortable with OB anesthesia support, including starting sections in the OB suite
- No experience required in cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatrics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in trauma or community hospital settings
- Ability to manage a varied case load with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shift schedules, including nights and weekends
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology
- At least 1 year of post-residency practice
- Experience supporting Level 4 trauma centers or similar high-acuity environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to at least two full weeks per month; preference for full-time availability
- Willingness to cover assignments at Boise, with possible shifts at Nampa location
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and call duties
- Valid licensure, DEA, and CSR credentials are necessary for credentialing and practice
