We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Anesthesiology Physician to provide exceptional anesthesia services at our reputable healthcare facility. With a focus on team collaboration and clinical excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures and trauma care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license (ID license or IMLC)
- DEA and CSR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
- Ability to perform own cases or work within a supervising/care team model
- Comfortable with OB anesthesia for section starts
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care approach
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Level II Trauma settings
- Ability to work in supervising/care team models
- Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with hospital-based procedures and protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Successful completion of a U.S. accredited anesthesiology residency program
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice in anesthesia
- Licensure in Idaho or eligibility for IMLC
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to cover a minimum of 2 full weeks per month, with preference for full-time availability
- Must be able to support Boise and occasional Nampa locations
- Availability for scheduled call shifts, including in-house nights and weekends
- Ability to travel when applicable and comply with all facility and state regulations
