We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Anesthesiology Physician to provide exceptional anesthesia services at our reputable healthcare facility. This pivotal role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient safety and comfort in a dynamic clinical environment. With a focus on team collaboration and clinical excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures and trauma care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license (ID license or IMLC)
  • DEA and CSR certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesia experience
  • Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques
  • Ability to perform own cases or work within a supervising/care team model
  • Comfortable with OB anesthesia for section starts
  • Strong clinical judgment and compassionate patient care approach

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Level II Trauma settings
  • Ability to work in supervising/care team models
  • Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with hospital-based procedures and protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Successful completion of a U.S. accredited anesthesiology residency program
  • At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice in anesthesia
  • Licensure in Idaho or eligibility for IMLC

Other Requirements:
  • Must be willing to cover a minimum of 2 full weeks per month, with preference for full-time availability
  • Must be able to support Boise and occasional Nampa locations
  • Availability for scheduled call shifts, including in-house nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel when applicable and comply with all facility and state regulations
