Description : Shift Details: Requires weekly availability – prefer not to rotate weeks on/weeks off

Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week – 3 12s and would like Saturdays and Sundays too if they can work weekends

**ALL TIME OFF REQUESTS must be made upfront


**NO LOCALS, Must live 50 miles from the facility**

Ask if they have worked, gone to school, and or been affiliated with UVA in any way, and if so put on the presentation.

**ACLS & BLS Certifications MUST BE VALID and COMPLETED THROUGH THE AHA**

* Please provide 2 full references or contact info for 2 references with submittal*

*Must have COVID & Flu Vaccine*

  • EMR: Epic
  • Hospital bed size: 600
  • Skills required: All CRNA scopes of practice
  • Cases the clinician will not be doing include: open heart/thoracic, peds, obstetrics, and performing peripheral nerve blocks

Practice Setting:

  • Inpatient & Outpatient

Requirements:

  • Covid & Flu vaccines are required, exemptions will not be approved.
  • Board Certification: Required
  • License required: Virginia
  • DEA: NO
  • Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum experience required, preferably academic background and level 1 or 2 trauma experience. Will consider outpatient-only candidates but would prefer someone with recent experience in inpatient settings. require one year of
