🔹 Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a dynamic, high-volume surgical team. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of cases with a strong emphasis on regional anesthesia for orthopedic procedures.
🗓️ Schedule & Coverage
- Schedule: 5x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Call: 16-hour call shifts required
- Weeknight Call: Must be able to take 3 PM – 7 AM call when needed
- Ongoing, full-time coverage
🏥 Practice Details
- Setting: Hospital (135 beds)
- Care Model: 1:3 CRNA-to-room ratio
- Patient Volume: Varies by anesthetizing location
- Patient Population: All ages
- EMR: Epic
🔧 Procedures & Skills
- Wide case mix including:
- Vascular
- OB/GYN
- General Surgery
- GI
- Pediatrics
- Plastics
- Orthopedics
- Robotics
- Urology
- Required Skills:
- MAC, Regional, Spinal anesthesia
- Ultrasound-guided techniques
- Strong regional/nerve block experience (ORTHO heavy)
✅ Requirements
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Pennsylvania License (or willingness to obtain)
- ACLS & PALS required
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with call coverage and regional anesthesia
