JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Anesthesiologist
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Boise/Nampa, ID
• Service Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Coverage Period: June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
• Clinical Shift Schedule: M-F, 7a-5p
• On-Call Shift Schedule: Weeknights and weekends as scheduled
• Call Type: In-House OB and Beeper (Back-Up Call)
• Call Ratio: 1-2 weeknights per month; 1 weekend per month (Boise) | Additional OB and backup call coverage at Nampa
• Call Response Time: Immediate (In-House)
COVERAGE DATES
• June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
• Minimum 2 weeks per month required
• Preference for full-time monthly coverage
• Primary coverage in Boise with occasional coverage at Nampa

• Patient Volume/Census: OB ~1200 deliveries per year (Nampa); additional volume varies by site

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Idaho license or IMLC accepted
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency experience required
• Other Qualifications: Comfortable working independently and in a supervision model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services across surgical and obstetric cases at multiple facility locations
• Perform and supervise anesthesia care in a care team model
• Participate in in-house call coverage including weeknights and weekends
• Provide OB coverage including night float and weekend shifts as needed
• Respond to backup call when required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
