Job description We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to provide ongoing coverage at a large, high-acuity hospital in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with exposure to a wide range of complex cases, including Level I Trauma.
Schedule
  • Shift Options:
  • 6:15 AM – 4:45 PM
  • 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Days: Monday – Friday
Weekly Commitment: 4–5 shifts (10-hour days)
Coverage Needs: Full-time preferred; will consider providers available 1 week per month
Practice Details
  • Hospital Size: 593 beds
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patient Population: All ages
  • Daily Volume: Varies based on anesthetizing location

You will work alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas. The facility’s Level I Trauma designation ensures exposure to diverse and complex patient populations.

Requirements
  • Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology
  • License: Active Pennsylvania license required
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
  • DEA: Not required

Credentialing
  • Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
  • Expedited Credentialing: Available with leadership approval
  • Temporary Privileges: Available for providers with a clean file

Qualifications

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• License required: PA license
• DEA: no
• Certifications required: ACLS PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred

Working Hours

4, Day (10 Hours) 6:30 - 16:30
