- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm; 3:00pm - 5:00pm; 5:00pm - 7:00am (Call)
- Weekend Call: Saturday/Sunday 7:00am - 7:00am
Clinical Details
- Level 2 Trauma Center
- 219 total beds
- 24 ICU beds
- EMR: Cerner
- Types of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GI, Major Vascular, Outpatient Surgery, TEE, Podiatry, Plastics, OMFS, Endo, ENT, Urology, Spine
Requirements
- Active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
- Must reside within 45 miles/1 hour from the site
- Florida License & DEA required (priority for active licenses)
- 24 months of case logs for credentialing
- Must be TEE Familiar
- Payer Enrollment must be completed prior to credentialing
