Coverage Needed:
- 7/1/2026 - Ongoing
- Full-time coverage, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Late shifts until 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM may be required
- Overnight and weekend call shifts available
- Estimated 14 shifts per month
Clinical Details:
- Specialty: Anesthesiology
- Location: Our client's location in the Southwest Region
- Trauma Level: III
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: 21 CRNAs and 8 MDs, 24/7 Intensivist and Neuro support
- Call: In-house, weekdays 7 PM - 7:30 AM, weekends 7 AM - 7 AM (24 hours) or split into 12-hour shifts
- Typical Cases: General Surgery, GI, Basic Peds, Neuro, OB, GYN, Trauma, Ortho, Urology
- Adult Percentage: 90%, Peds Percentage: 10% (healthy peds, mostly ENT and occasional ortho)
- 12 ORs and 15-16 Anesthetizing Locations
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency
- State Licensure: Pennsylvania or IMLC candidates considered
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- DEA Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Comfortable with General Cases, OB, & Peds
- Willingness to take call shifts
- NPDB self-query required at presentation
