Practice Model is Medical Direction with Anesthesiologist ratio being 1:3 CRNAs always practice under an Anesthesiologist CRNA scope of practice has limited regional authority with Spinals and Epidurals being the only regionals authorized. There is no auth to do blocks for CRNAs. CRNAs have general scope of practice privileges only. MDs should be able to do blocks.

Staffing is 2 MDs 6 CRNA 24 hr coverage in house 1 MDA 2 CRNAs. No back up call
