Position Overview

We’re working with a state-of-the-art hospital seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Anesthesiologist to join their clinical team on a full-time/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures while collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified (preferred) or board-eligible anesthesiologist seeking flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans

  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)

  • Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery

  • Respond to airway management and emergency situations

  • Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified (Preferred) or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Active and unrestricted [State] medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Current DEA registration

  • ACLS and BLS certification required

  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in [ambulatory surgery / hospital-based practice / GI / orthopedics / OB / etc.]

  • Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques

  • Comfort with EMR systems
